1.- Right to information on the protection of personal information

TINYCOTTONS S.L., as data controller, in compliance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data in force (hereinafter LOPD), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, informs users and persons related to the entity, the policy carried out regarding the processing of all personal data provided to the Data Controller in the terms indicated below, whether provided through the web forms, social networks or other means both electronic and paper.

2.- Type of information we collect

We collect information through web forms, social networks, etc, to provide better services to all our users. Generally we ask you for personal information, such as your name, NIF, postal address, email address, phone number to store it in our files.

Data categories: Personally identifiable data, business activity data, transaction and accounting data.

The forms do not store age data or specially protected data such as ideology, union membership, religion, beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, or sex life, or health.

3.- Purpose

All data requested will be processed in the files of the Responsible and will be necessary for:

  1. Offer the possibility of registering the products purchased.
  2. Provide contracted services and meet the requests made by our customers.
  3. Offer the opportunity to participate in sweepstakes and contests, and access to countless exclusive benefits of our customers.
  4. Perform customer management, administrative, accounting and tax.
  5. Inform you of those new products and services that may be of interest to you.
  6. Those other purposes necessary for the development, fulfillment and control of the contractual relationship that the client maintains with the Data Controller.

Prior to sending any form, the user is informed to express their consent to the processing of personal data and accept our data protection and privacy policy, what personal data are collected and processed, and its specific purpose, and the user may express their free consent with the option of "I accept" the data protection policy and the processing of personal data.

The data collected through the website will not be used to make automated decisions.

4.- Security

In the processing of personal data, the Data Controller undertakes to guarantee and protect the public liberties and fundamental rights of the natural persons in the files and, especially, their honor and their family and personal privacy, obliging itself in this sense, to carry out the corresponding data processing in accordance with the regulations in force at all times and to keep the most absolute secrecy in relation to the information of the users.

The personal data being processed will not be used for other purposes that are not contained herein or, where appropriate, by another document or contract that binds both parties with special conditions.

Except with the express consent of the users, no transfer or communication of data to third parties that are not provided for in the LOPD will be made.

The Data Controller shall take measures to ensure that any person acting under its authority and having access to personal data may only process such data on the instructions of the Data Controller, unless obliged to do so under Union or Member State law.

The Data Controller informs users that, in accordance with the provisions of the LOPD and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, it has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized or unlawful processing or access and against accidental destruction or damage, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed. Likewise, the Data Controller guarantees the user the fulfillment of the duty of professional secrecy with respect to the personal data of users and the duty to keep them.

5.- Time of conservation

The personal identification data are kept as long as the contractual relationship with the customer is maintained, the customer remains registered in the service and has not expressly requested the cancellation and deletion of data. The data collected will be deleted when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected or recorded. In the event that the data collected are intended to be used for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, the prior consent of the interested parties will be required.

6.- Legitimation

The legislation applied is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 as well as Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

The legitimacy of the processing of personal data is based on the user's consent, the contractual relationship with the customer or supplier, and legitimate interest. Users may revoke their consent at any time by exercising their rights through the e-mail address info@tinycottons.com.

You are not obliged to provide us with the data, however, it will be necessary in order to manage the suggestions or requests you need to make through the website.
