Our Policy

At TINYCOTTONS, we understand the importance of satisfaction with every purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day period after receiving your package to return purchased products. However, please note that we do not make direct exchanges for different sizes or items. To get a different product or change the size, we invite you to place a new order. We will take care of the logistics of the returned items.

Please note that returns of bathing products, perfumes, as well as items from the 'last chance', 'outlet' and 'Archive Sale' categories are not accepted. Additionally, to ensure quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of swimwear items.

We will only accept returns applied in our return portal.

Please remember to put the original packing list that we sent to you in the order inside your return package.

Any returned product must be unused, unwashed, retain its original tags, not be damaged, and be in its original packaging. We ask you to take care of the product during this period. TINYCOTTONS reserves the right to inspect returned products and will only proceed with a refund if they are in the same condition as when sent.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the reimbursement of all the products that you returned in our portal unless they fulfil all our requests.

Return costs:

  • Mainland Spain: €7.95

  • Canary Islands: €10.95

  • Europe: €14.95

  • UK: €30.95

  • Other countries outside the EU: €43.95

The return cost includes shipping and customs handling if you send outside the European Union. You have to pay the cost in our return portal with our partner Rever , who will handle the shipping and custom problems.

We will refund the amount of the returned goods through the same payment method you used to purchase your order within 30 days after your returns arrived to our warehouse.

However, in sale period, it may take longer for us to process your refund.
