Our Policy
At TINYCOTTONS, we understand the importance of satisfaction with every purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day period after receiving your package to return purchased products. However, please note that we do not make direct exchanges for different sizes or items. To get a different product or change the size, we invite you to place a new order. We will take care of the logistics of the returned items.
Please note that returns of bathing products, perfumes, as well as items from the 'last chance' and 'outlet' categories are not accepted. Additionally, to ensure quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of swimwear items.

Any returned product must be unused, unwashed, retain its original tags, not be damaged, and be in its original packaging. We ask you to take care of the product during this period. TINYCOTTONS reserves the right to inspect returned products and will only proceed with a refund if they are in the same condition as when sent.
