Our Policy
At TINYCOTTONS, we understand the importance of satisfaction with every purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day period after receiving your package to return purchased products. However, please note that we do not make direct exchanges for different sizes or items. To get a different product or change the size, we invite you to place a new order. We will take care of the logistics of the returned items.
Please note that returns of perfumes and bath products are not accepted. Additionally, for quality and hygiene reasons, swimwear items cannot be returned or exchanged. Remember to include the original packing list (the paper enclosed in the package) inside your return parcel.
We will only accept returns applied in our return portal.
Please remember to put the original packing list that we sent to you in the order inside your return package.
Any returned product must be unused, unwashed, retain its original tags, not be damaged, and be in its original packaging. We ask you to take care of the product during this period. TINYCOTTONS reserves the right to inspect returned products and will only proceed with a refund if they are in the same condition as when sent.
Return costs for orders under 99 euros in Spain and 199 euros in the rest of the world:

Other countries outside the EU: €43.95
The return cost includes shipping and customs handling if you send outside the European Union. You have to pay the cost in our return portal with our partner Rever , who will handle the shipping and custom problems.
An additional fixed handling fee of €1.50 will be applied to all returns.
